We accept cash, E-wallet (except SarawakPay), credit card, debit card and online transfer.
2. Direct Online Payment "for purchases in (www.thewinecartel.net)".
You can pay directly using (FPX) online bank transfer, via debit card and credit card or by e-wallet through our online payment gateway [e-GHL].
Q. Is the online payment gateway safe?
A. Ethics and Quality are the main core for The Wine Cartel SB. We take it very seriously. Currently we are operating with eGHL online payment gateway. It is a product from GHL Systems Berhad that connects renowned South East Asian payment channels. Since the early 2000s, eGHL have grown considerably and currently operating in 5 countries, processing payments in over 48 currencies. Rest assure the online payment gateway we operate with have a good track-record and it is safe and reliable. Additionally you may also opt for a manual online transfer and send us the bank slip via whatsapp.
Q. How long does the delivery usually take?
A. Once you make the payment, we will deliver to you within Kuching on the next business day. As for urgent orders (weddings, events and more) kindly contact us at (082-597 555) to request for an immediate delivery.
Q. Any charges for delivery? Any minimum orders?
A. Currently we are offering FREE DELIVERY for orders above (RM 1000.00) within a 10 km radius. For orders from (RM 100.00 - RM 999.00) you will be charged (RM 5.00) delivery fee within radius of 10 km. You may also opt to purchase it online and pick up from our store
Q. What are the product's transaction currency?
A. All products will be transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
