Grapes are hand-harvested between the 1st and 2nd weeks of April in the vineyards of the Maule valley. The wine is aged in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels for 6 months. The wine is bright ruby red. Aromas of ripe fruit, prunes and black pepper. Smooth finish, subtle chocolate and smoke, light tannins, suitable for grilled meats.
