The noble house of Terrefort belonged at the end of the 18th century to Monsieur Laurent Larrieu, master surgeon and Royal professor and demonstrator. It had previously belonged to the families Masparrault, Brane and Dourmec. The current estate, which now includes Château Cusseau, situated in the communes of Macau and Labarde, is made up of lands of diverse types, producing three types of wine which are completely different and each one is remarkable in its own way.

Tasting : Ripe red fruits on the nose, with a definite aroma of strawberry, red currant. The wine is supple on the palate, which brings out the ripe fruity aromas. Overall it is expressive, generous, well balanced with a very rich tannic structure. Easy to drink.

Grapes: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon & 30% Merlot
